For so many hard working people, the economy has never fully recovered from the 2008 real estate induced recession, and unfortunately for many it never will. You see, there are a few other significant forces that are impacting our economy and may forever restrict the availability of many jobs.

If you aren’t aware of these forces and how they will impact your future employment, you could be making decisions that might make your employment chances even worse as time goes on.

Technology, politics, global economics, and an aging population are all having measurable impacts to the world we live in. One of the primary reasons I started this website is to help people gain an awareness of, and design a thought process around, planning for the impact of these forces on your future.

Only after you are aware of these forces can you begin to create a plan for how to survive and thrive in the jobs of the future. This website isn’t about get-rich-quick schemes, it’s about creating education and awareness of forces you may not have ever thought about, and how those forces will most certainly impact your future.

And one thing is for sure, the worker of the future will need certain skills to succeed. Some of these skills are hard skills; knowledge and education that involve things. Others however, are better classified as soft skills and involve how you work with people and groups and if you think you already have these mastered, you better think again.

The playing field continues to change faster than ever before and there are whole new set of people making the rules. KEEPING RELEVANT is critical!
